PORSCHE BOXSTER BUILD PROCESS
IN THE BEGINNING ...
We begin with the best possible base vehicle: a 2000 Boxster S 986 with a 3.2L engine.
SAFTEY IS KEY
We have the car fitted with a full FIA roll cage, installed by the top experts in the industry.
UNDERBODY BUILD
We build up all the systems required to keep the vehicle moving. New suspension, running gear and pipework. We protect the underbody with special products to prevent deterioration.
STRIP AND PREP
We strip the Boxster down to a bare shell, removing and disposing of unnecessary systems that add weight and aren't needed for a race car
INTERIOR PAINT AND VINYL
We begin the interior paint process. Using materials which can with stand the heat and conditions of motorsport. The outside of the car is wrapped in vinyl, allowing for easy repair in the case of damage
ENGINE BUILD AND REASSEMBLE
We build up the heart of the car for a full race built engine. Gearbox rebuilt and prepared for the conditions of the track. We then re assemble the whole car and run it through a vagarious test of multiple track events. Making sure the car is ready to WIN.
